Documents needed for Admission
Keep the following documents ready before applying for admission

1. Computer generated Admission Form.
2. Antiragging affidavit.
3. One copy colour recent photograph (stamp size).
4. Two attested copies of Madhyamik Admit Card. (To be attested by the Head of the Institution last attended.)
5. One attested copy of H.S Admit Card (to be attested by the Head of the Institution last attended).
6. Three attested copies of H.S marksheet (to be attested by the Head of the institution last attended).
7. For SC / ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates: 1 copy of SC / ST/OBC-A/OBC-B certificate from the appropriate authority, viz the DM / ADM / SDO in proper format.
8. School leaving certificate in original.
9. Physically Challenged students are required to produce necessary and relevant certificate in original.
10. Migration certificate for migrated students.
