Online Application Form will be available on the College Website starting 2nd August 2026. Applications can easily be completed from Android phones with an internet connection. Please ensure you follow the Important Dates and preserve your Application Form Number for future correspondence.
Step-by-Step Application Guide

Registration Phase
In order to apply for admission, you need to register first. Enter your Name (exactly as it appears on your marksheet), your email address, and your date of birth.
Auto-generated Password Rule: First four alphabets of your name (in lowercase) + your date of birth in DDMM format.
Example 1: Name: Dip Dey, DOB: 9th April 2003 → Password: dipd0904
Example 2: Name: Md. Amadul Islam, DOB: 1st Feb 2004 → Password: mdam0102

Login to the portal using your newly generated Form Number and password.

Click on the "COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE" button on your dashboard.

Fill up all the required personal fields. Note: AADHAAR NUMBER IS NOT MANDATORY. Once completed, click the Save and Next button.

In the academic section, fill up all fields accurately and click Save and Next.

Upload the soft copies of your required documents. (View detailed document list here). Then click Save and Next.

Verify that your "Profile completeness status" shows 100% on your dashboard.

Go to APPLY NOW. Select an HONOURS PROGRAMME or a GENERAL COURSE from the dropdown list and click Save and Next.

If you wish to apply for multiple subjects, click "APPLY FOR ANOTHER SUBJECT". You can apply for as many subjects as you are eligible for.

Download the Application Form for each programme separately. Read the application form carefully to ensure all details are correct.

Making Corrections: If a minor error is found, log in and go to "View my Profile" to edit it. For major errors (e.g., name spelling, marks), you must make a fresh application. Forms cannot be edited after the last date of application.

Click "Generate Challan". Check the box for the Form Numbers you want to pay for, then click "Proceed to Pay".
Use A4 or Letter Size paper for printing the completely filled-in application form for your records.
Strict Marks Verification
If marks entered by you are found to be higher than the marks shown in the original Marksheet, your candidature will summarily be cancelled without any notice. No refund of admission fees will be entertained.
Passing Year Rule
Candidates who have passed their qualifying examinations earlier than 2023 are not permitted to take admission in the College for this academic session.
