Please be prepared: Keep all the following documents ready and available before arriving for the admission and verification process.
Admission Form
Computer generated copy of your submitted admission form.
Registration Form
Computer generated copy of your university registration form.
Anti-Ragging Affidavit
Computer generated and signed anti-ragging affidavit.
ABC ID & AADHAAR Card(Mandatory)
One copy of your Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID and one copy of your AADHAAR Card.
Recent Photograph
One copy of a recent colour photograph (stamp size).
Madhyamik Admit Card
One xerox copy of your 10th standard Admit Card for age proof.
H.S. Admit Card & Marksheet
One xerox copy each of your Higher Secondary (10+2) Admit Card and Marksheet.
School Leaving Certificate
Must be provided in original from your previous institution.
Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
For SC / ST / OBC: 1 copy of certificate from appropriate authority (DM / ADM / SDO).
PWD Certificate (If Applicable)
Physically Challenged students must produce relevant certificate in original.
Migration Certificate (If Applicable)
Required exclusively for migrated students from other boards/universities.
Income Certificate
Required exclusively for OBC & EWS students.
